Refund Poilicy

All payments made on the Website for Vastu, Astro, and Prakriti consultancy services or Remedies/Products sold and provided by Deepak Gruvir are non-refundable. This includes payments made for consultations, whether the consultation is taken by the client or canceled.

Once the payment is made, the client is entitled to receive the services from Deepak Gruvir to the best of his knowledge and expertise. 

If the client cancels the consultation after making the payment, no refund will be provided. However, if the client wishes to reschedule the consultation, they can do so by contacting Deepak Gruvir at least 24 hours before the scheduled time of the consultation.

Deepak Gruvir reserves the right to cancel or reschedule consultations due to unforeseen circumstances or any misbehaving from the client's end. 

If the client is not satisfied with the services provided by Deepak Gruvir, they can provide feedback and express their concerns. Deepak Gruvir will make every effort to address the client's concerns and resolve the issue. However, no refunds will be provided in such cases.
