Industrial Plot Shape Problems: How an Irregular Plot Drains Your Factory

The shape of your industrial plot is the foundation of your factory's Vastu. An irregular plot creates missing zones - and missing zones mean missing energies. The effects of a missing zone in a factory are far more severe than in a residential space because the commercial stakes are higher.
Understanding Missing Corners in Industrial Plots
A plot that is perfectly square or rectangular contains all 16 Vastu zones in their proper proportions. When a corner is cut or missing, the zone governing that corner is absent or deficient. Missing North East: Loss of clarity in planning, poor quality control, production errors, and wrong decisions by management. Missing South West: Instability in the business - partners dispute, key workers leave, raw material quality issues. Missing North: Orders don't come, marketing doesn't work, new clients are absent. Missing South East: Cashflow problems, electrical failures, power outages, and energy supply issues.
T-Shaped and L-Shaped Industrial Plots
T-shaped plots create a front extension that often falls in a problematic entry direction. The main gate of a T-shape factory is typically facing a road that hits the property - creating sha energy or cutting energy that the factory must deal with continuously. L-shaped plots typically create a missing corner that corresponds to whichever zone occupies the missing area.
What Can Be Done
For minor plot irregularities: Compensate missing zones energetically by over-activating those zones within the existing structure. For major plot deficiencies: Vastu markers and elemental corrections at the boundary corners can partially restore the missing energy. Plot extension if legally possible to restore the rectangular form is the most effective long-term solution.
Remedies for Common Factory Plot Problems
Missing NE: Place a copper pyramid at the NE corner of the plot boundary. Keep the interior NE area of the factory as open and clean as possible. Missing SW: Place heavy permanent structures like water tanks or transformer rooms in the SW interior to compensate. Missing North: Activate the existing North zone strongly with open space, windows, and light-coloured walls.
